Vibrating feeder failure


The vibrating feeder is an indispensable equipment in the production of crushing sand. The block and granular materials can be uniformly, regularly and continuously fed to the receiving device to avoid blockage of the inlet. Electromagnetic vibrating feeders and motorized vibrating feeders are common types of feeding equipment, and they are inevitably encountered various problems in production.

Exciter vibration gap between the iron core and armature are blocked

Trouble phenomenon: Vibrating machine built-in electromagnetic feeder will trip the vibration feeder power switch during use. After re-powering, the feeder works with the fuse heating phenomenon, the current exceeds the standard, and the fuse blows in a short time. Wait, check the feeder control system, contactor suction and so on are normal, but the power switch still frequently trips, the vibration feeder is basically zero amplitude when working.

Fault analysis: According to the phenomenon analysis, it is mainly because the material enters the inside of the exciter, causing the vibration gap of the exciter to be blocked by it. If the sealing cover is opened, it will be found that the silicone rubber for sealing is damaged. Sometimes the damage of the vibration cooling hose of the exciter will also cause this problem.

Fault analysis: There are many connecting bolts in the sealed housing of the vibrating machine built-in vibrating feeder, especially after disassembly and overhaul, the sealing is more difficult.

Fault suggestion: Generally solved by bolt tightening and pressure adjustment at the discharge.

Exciter bearing damage

Fault analysis: When the vibration exciter is in use, there will be a phenomenon of smoke and redness of the bearing. Due to the continuous impact of the eccentric block on the bearing during the rotation process and the poor working environment in the field, the service life of the bearing is shortened compared with the normal service life.

Fault suggestion: It is recommended to use better quality or imported bearings to prolong the service life. In addition, bearing lubrication is especially important. It is necessary to strengthen lubrication or add automatic lubrication device.


Sealed silicone rubber sheet leak

Fault analysis: There are many reasons for leakage of sealed silicone rubber sheet. It is common in bolt sealing joints. Loose bolts during vibration, increased bolt holes in rubber plates or increased pressure at discharges may lead to sealing joints of silicone rubber sheets. leakage.

Fault suggestion: Generally solved by bolt tightening and pressure adjustment at the discharge.


Sealed silicone rubber sheet is damaged

Fault analysis: Silicone rubber sheet breakage is common in long-term high-temperature use, rubber aging damage occurs, the internal discharge pressure of the vibrating feeder is long-term or the vibrating feeder spring fails to deform, causing the silicone rubber sheet to withstand tensile stress for a long time, resulting in its Tearing and breaking.

Fault recommendation: According to the experience, silicone rubber sheets should be replaced after 1.5 years of normal use.


Vibration spring is severely deformed or broken

Fault analysis: The whole vibrating feeder is supported by four springs. It will bear the vibration feeder itself and the weight of the material and the exciting force of the exciter for a long time, and the spring shortening and the spring restoring force will be insufficient.

Fault suggestion: In the daily use process, it can be checked by fixed repair to determine whether the vibration spring needs to be replaced. It should be replaced after 2 years according to the experience.


The lining of the trough is detached

Fault analysis: The lining of the lining of the trough shoulders the task of extending the service life of the trough. Generally, when the repair is completed, the upper end of the rotary sealing valve connected with the vibrating feeder is opened for inspection, and if it falls off, it needs to be replaced in time.

Maintenance summary

When the rectification is opened, the rotary sealing valve is opened to check whether the liner of the trough is falling off.

In the daily use process, the motor type vibrating feeder should pay attention to the temperature change of the exciter bearing, strengthen the bearing lubrication, add an automatic refueling device, and regularly quantitatively lubricate. Usually pay attention to whether the sealing of the rubber plate joint is good, and it needs to be opened during the repair. Rotate the upper port of the sealing valve to check the groove lining and the vibration spring.
