1. SJ120 single screw extruder
1) Screw diameter: 120mm
2) L/D: 30: 1
3) Driven motor power: 110Kw(DC)
4) Screw and barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding depth: 0.3-0.6mm, nitriding strength ≥ 950HV
5) Barrel heater: Ceramic heater, total 8 zones, total heating power: 64kw
6) Barrel cooling: Force cooling by low noise blower, total powerL 2.96kw
7) For hard surface reducer transmission, gear used in all hard surface carburizing gear grinding process, load torque, smooth transmission. Cabinet equipped with oil circulation cooling system.
2. Pelletizing mold
1) Material: 40Cr alloy steel
2) Heat treatent: Quenching and tempering treatment, hardness: HB250-280, mold head hardening treatment, hardness: HRC40
3. Cooling tank
1) Tank material: Stainless steel, plate thickness: 2mm
2) Tank length: 4m
3) Inside the tank with 3 sets of supporting rollers
4. Water remover
1) Fan power: 3kw
2) All the steel touch with the material adopt stainless steel
5. LQ400 pelletizer
