DEKE Vertical Color Mixer DKSJ-L500 Made of stainless steel, the machine adopts the state-of-the-art technique--spiral mixing, allows mixing storing in large quantity (up to 15 tones) . It is suitable for granular and powder forms of many materials, such as plastic and rubber raw material, animal food, wood sourced, building material, among other fields. The spiral at center elevates materials to top of the tank and then throw them outwards all around in tank to achieve blending purpose. The equipment overcomes the traditional shortcomings and disadvantages, allows most even and sufficient blending. It is the great aids for plastic extrusion, animal food mixing, building materials blending, and many Others. Features: 1, Stainless steel Material tank and propeller eliminates rust corrosion and easy to clean, prevent your material from contamination of foreign substances; 2, The frame is of framework design, solid and durable; 3, Propeller is wholly processed after welding, with high concentric force and stable function; 4, The vertical shape allows narrow space of plant, save room.; 5, Mixing in a closed tank, allows uniform mixing/blending effect and no leakage definitely; 6, Small horse-power, large mixing capacity and fast speed to realize a uniform mixing in 3~5 minutes; 7, Oil filler and material discharging device are designed at frame bottom, with durable heavy-duty bearings. 8. Discharging opening at bottom featured unique discharging gate. After opening the gate, the machine discharge automatically, completely and conveniently. 9. Grill at the inlet prevent operate contacting the running axis inside machine, guard the operator’s safety. 10. Heat drying is an optional. Features even heat distribution and short-time heating and drying.
