XB-D1000 Double-shaft shredder for shredding all kinds of solid waste and municipal scrap, such as, waste fabric, municipal waste, plastic film,woven bag, ton bag/ jumbo bag, greenhouse film, straw film, mulching film, fishing net, plastic bag, nonwoven bag, nonwoven fabric, tires, etc.

XB-D1200 Double-shaft shredder is composed of motors, reducers with rigid gears, rotary shafts, imported rotary knife, fixed knife, frame, working platform and an independent electrical control cabinet.

Three-asynchronous motor drives the reducer by belt and belt wheel, and the bearing coupling connects reducer with the shaft. The whole process reduces the rotating speed to a safe and acceptable number for the shaft.

  
Fixed knives are installed on the frame, separately in each side of the two rotary shafts where the moving knives are bolted. Moving knives are specially designed  into four-angel shape, when blunt customers could change the angel for Recycling using. The two shafts both rotate towards middle center, bringing moving knives passing through the fixed ones. The nearest distance between the two kinds knife is set within 1mm to ensure material shredded smaller enough. A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials shredded even further.

Biaxial shredder is control by electrical cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse functions. Also it is fitted with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
